Dive Deeper into MELT® for Equestrians 

After a successful 4-week ZOOM Workshop with Karin Denny in February, Grand Valley Dressage Society is inviting you to a 3-week ZOOM Workshop with advanced MELT® techniques for Equestrians interested in learning more about how MELT techniques can improve their riding. (This workshop is open to anyone with any MELT® Experience from a previous workshop, class, private session, the MELT Method book, DVD or App).

Want to make your riding feel and look more effortless?

Want less pain or stiffness after you ride for you and your horse?

Want to correct postural issues that are keeping you from advancing to the next level?

WHEN: Tuesdays April 20 – May 4, 2021 6-7:15 pm on ZOOM (recorded)

WHAT: Advanced MELT® and Core techniques to address common  equestrian imbalances and compensations as identified at the recent Sue Martin Clinic.

(Materials required: Roller, MELT® ball kit, elastic band (at least 5”))

In her teaching Karin draws on her Masters of Science in Biomechanics, her education in Structural Integration (Rolfing) and other bodywork modalities as well as the latest fascia research and training & Equinology®.

• MELT Roller or a comparable soft roller of 36"length
• MELT Performance kit (online 28.95 + shipping or through Karin)
• Expanded Custom Hand & Foot Kit for 30.- incl. 1 extra ball

Note: you can contact Karin to borrow equipment for this first series as well.

This series is offering an introductory price of $60. - . This fee includes recordings of all sessions.
