Once a month classes are held at 249 Grand Avenue, Downtown Grand Junction, CO 81501
Bring a Yoga Mat as well as all your own MELT equipment and Water.

Cards expire after 12 months from date of purchase.

How does it work?
- You will receive an invitation via email to join class the day before.
- This will not only get you the zoom link, but also the recording available after online class - if you register for the class.
- Even if you have to miss the live class you can still register to receive the recording for your home practice.
